破坏性创新理论视角下我国高等在线教育发展展望 被引量:2

Exploring the Development Path of China’s Higher Online Education from the Perspective of Disruptive Innovation Theory

摘要 根据破坏性创新理论,我国高等在线教育在学校教育系统和教育服务产业中的发展路径可分为维持性创新和破坏性创新。通过分析两种发展路径的特点,比较二者的合理性后发现:学校教育系统利用资源优势定位在线学历学位教育市场,将在线教育作为变革传统课堂教学的催化剂,用以化解大学实体的合法性危机;教育服务产业以社会需求为导向定位非主流教育市场,以基于互联网的商业模式创新为核心竞争力,致力于打破传统高等教育设定的各种边界。维持性创新不一定能实现高等教育的系统性变革,破坏性创新可能不利于高等教育的可持续发展。我国高等在线教育在未来发展中要消除教育服务产业供给的制度性障碍,将教育服务产业作为高等教育转型性变革的试验场,引导教育服务产业在市场化运作中保持商业利益与公共责任的平衡。 According to the disruptive innovation theory, China’s higher online education follows two different development paths of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation in school education system and education service industry. By analyzing the characteristics and comparing the rationality of the two paths, it is found that: the school education system takes advantage of resources to position the online degree education market, regards online education as the supplement and enrichment of traditional education, and maintains the legitimacy of university entities. The education service industry is oriented by social needs, positioned in the non-mainstream education market, with internet-based business model innovation as its core competitiveness and committed to break the boundaries set by traditional higher education. Sustaining innovation may not be able to achieve systematic reform of higher education, while disruptive innovation may be detrimental to the sustainable development of higher education. In the future development of China’s higher online education, it is necessary to eliminate the obstacles to the supply of education service industry, take the education service industry as a testing ground for the transformation of higher education, and guide the education service industry to maintain a balance between commercial interests and public responsibilities in the market operation.
