摘要
为了解决现有通风系统对井下瓦斯浓度调节反应速度慢、精确性差的不足,提出了一种新的基于瓦斯浓度智能调节的矿井通风安全系统,通过建立智能集中控制调节系统,并对风机倒机方式进行优化,实现了对井下瓦斯浓度的灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够实现通风特性根据井下瓦斯浓度的智能调节,自系统应用以来,瓦斯浓度超标报警率下降了97.4%,对提升井下人员的人身安全具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the problems of slow response and poor accuracy of the existing ventilation system for underground gas concentration regulation,a new mine ventilation safety system based on intelligent regulation of gas concentration is proposed.By establishing an intelligent centralized control regulation system and optimizing the fan switching mode,the flexible adjustment of underground gas concentration is realized.The practical application shows that the new control system can realize the intelligent adjustment of ventilation characteristics according to the underground gas concentration.Since its application,the alarm rate of gas concentration exceeding the standard has decreased by 97.4%,which is of great significance to improve the personal safety of underground personnel.
