摘要 为保证矿井工作面安全生产的基础上降低生产成本,对矿井通风系统的运行现状进行了分析,掌握煤矿通风设备的性能、通风阻力以及通风压力等参数,并得出导致矿井通风系统耗能严重的因素,最后针对基于节能改造原则提出正式启动东风井和应用变频调速技术的改造方案。 In order to reduce the production cost on the basis of ensuring the safe production of the mine working face,this paper analyzes the operation status of the mine ventilation system,grasps the parameters such as the performance,ventilation resistance and ventilation pressure of the mine ventilation equipment,and obtains the factors leading to the serious energy consumption of the mine ventilation system.Finally,according to the principle of energy-saving transformation,the transformation scheme of officially starting Dongfeng well and applying frequency conversion speed regulation technology is put forward.
