摘要
随着新消费时代的到来,时尚趋势的变化加快,消费者个性化需求日益强烈,小型服装企业亟需提高快速反应能力。为满足市场需求、增强企业竞争力,文中对小型服装企业实施快速反应生产流水线的优势和劣势进行研究,提出小型服装企业实施快反生产流水线的思路。在此基础上,以Y服装企业为例进行实证应用分析,针对牛仔裤生产流水线存在的主要问题,提出合理的优化方案。结果表明,以单件流为指导思想,并实行工序标准化作业管理进行工序分配和机器排位,有效提高流水线的反应速度和生产效率。为小型服装企业实施快反生产流水线提供理论指导。
With the arrival of the new consumption era,the fashion trend is changing faster and faster,and the personalized demand of consumers is increasingly strong.In order to meet the market demand and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of implementing rapid response production line in small garment enterprises,the idea of implementing quick reverse production line in small garment enterprises is put forward.On this basis,taking Y garment enterprises as an example,the empirical application analysis is carried out.Aiming at the main problems existing in the production line of jeans,the reasonable optimization scheme is proposed.The results show that taking single piece flow as the guiding idea,and implementing the process standardization management to carry out the process allocation and machine arrangement,could effectively improve the response speed and production efficiency of the assembly line.It provides theoretical guidance for small garment enterprises to implement the fast reverse production line.
