摘要
为适应市场需求的变化,织造业开始逐渐向多品种、小批量和面向订单的生产模式发展。针对织造流程工艺复杂、生产可变因素过多带来的管理问题,文章在分析织造流程和关键因素的基础上,采用云边协同方式对采集到织造的全过程数据进行处理分析,从关键生产环节出发,构建织机产品产能模型。着眼于织造全流程相互协作和整体效益最大化的管理角度,对数据驱动织造全流程信息化管理进行规划分析。设计和开发了面向织造企业全流程的信息化管理平台,实现系统集成、统一调度、智能质检、生产追溯、智能信息推送。
In order to adapt to the change of market demand,the weaving industry begins to gradually develop to the production mode of many varieties,small batch and order oriented.Aiming at the management problems caused by complicated weaving process and too many variable factors in production,on the basis of analyzing the weaving process and key factors,the data collecte in the whole weaving process are processed and analyzed in a cloud-edge collaborative way,and the production capacity model of loom products is constructed from the key production links.It is focusing on the management angle of the whole weaving process mutual cooperation and the overall benefit maximization,the information management of the whole data-driven weaving process is planned and analyzed.An information management platform for the whole process of weaving enterprises is designed and developed to realize system integration,unified scheduling,intelligent quality inspection,production traceability and intelligent information push.
