摘要
印制电子技术与3D打印技术相结合是目前的研究热点,为提高3D打印工艺所制得电子电路产品的导电率、打印精度及其机械性能,对在电工电子领域应用较为广泛的银导电墨水、聚乳酸复合材料及石墨烯材料等7种典型导电复合材料,进行了材料制备对比试验,并对制备出的材料进行了性能测试。各材料测试结果表明,通过适当的制备方法,同时搭配适宜的3D打印工艺能够有效地提高电子电路产品的性能。
The combination of printed electronics technology and 3D printing technology is a current research hotspot,in order to improve the conductivity,printing accuracy and mechanical properties of electronic circuit products made by 3D printing technology.For seven typical conductive composite materials such as silver conductive ink,polylactic acid composite material and graphene material,which are widely used in electrical and electronic fields,the material preparation comparison test is carried out,and the performance test of the prepared materials is carried out.The test results of various materials show that the performance of electronic circuit products can be effectively improved by appropriate preparation methods and appropriate 3D printing process.
