架空乘人装置小角度转弯装置模型受力分析 被引量:3

Force analysis on small-angle turning device model of aerial passenger device

摘要 某矿针对架空乘人装置 (猴车) 机道第 4 部“猴车”小角度 (7°) 局部巷道转弯的工况,将转弯装置由原来的行星轮式改为双托双压式。对 2 种转弯装置进行受力及运行状态的全过程分析,在三维建模软件中完成双托双压装置的固定梁、托轮组、钢丝绳等的建模,并使用 ADAMS 进行分析和细化,验证了双托双压式转弯装置的安全性和平稳性。 In view of the small-angle (7°) turning of the fourth aerial passenger device (monkey car) on the track for the aerial passenger device in a segment of roadway in a mine,the turning device was transformed to double-drag and double-press type from original planetary wheel type.The force state and the operation state of the two kinds of turning device were analyzed during the whole process,and the model of the fixed beam,roller group and wire rope of the double-drag and double-press typed turning device was established in 3D modeling software,and ADAMS was applied to carry out analysis and refinement.The results showed the safety and smoothness of the double-drag and double-press typed turning device.
