摘要
肾纤维化的发生发展受到生长因子、细胞因子、趋化因子等多种因素的调控。TGF-β1是目前已知的最重要的致纤维化因子。TGF-β1/Smad和TGF-β1/ERK信号通路是传导TGF-β1的主要信号通路,在肾纤维化中发挥着重要作用。因此,本文结合最新研究成果就TGF-β1/Smad和TGF-β1/ERK信号通路在肾纤维化中的作用及其二者之间的相互关系进行综述。
The occurrence and development of renal fibrosis is regulated by growth factors,cytokines,chemokines and other factors.TGF-β1 is the most important fibrogenic factor at present.TGF-β1/Smad and TGF-β1/ERK signaling pathways are the main signaling pathways of TGF-β1,which play an important role in renal fibrosis.Therefore,combined with the latest research results,the function of TGF-β1/Smad and TGF-β1/ERK signaling pathway in renal fibrosis and the relationship between them was reviewed in this paper.
