摘要
[目的]为研究复合维生素纳米乳对规模养殖条件下种鸽繁殖性能、乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能的影响。[方法]试验一选取繁殖性能良好、繁殖周期相同的种鸽120对,平均分为2组,对照组正常饲喂,试验组在饮水中以4000倍稀释浓度添加复合维生素纳米乳;试验二选取繁殖性能良好、繁殖周期相同的种鸽30对,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组正常饲喂,试验组在饮水中以4000倍稀释浓度添加复合维生素纳米乳。[结果]添加复合维生素纳米乳的试验组破蛋率比对照组低8.03个百分点,受精率、孵化率分别提高了个22.00个百分点和16.66个百分点,差异显著;添加复合维生素纳米乳的试验组乳鸽28日龄体重比对照组高31.23 g,平均日增重提高1.12 g,试验组乳鸽屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、屠宰率分别较对照组提高了49.29 g、36.77 g、19.16 g、4.22个百分点,差异显著。[结论]在肉鸽生产中添加复合维生素纳米乳能够在一定程度上提升种鸽繁殖性能和种蛋品质,促进乳鸽生长发育,提高屠宰性能,具有较好的推广应用价值。
[Objective]The research was to study the effects of composite vitamin nanoemulsion on breeding performance,growth performance and slaughter performance of large-scale cultivated pigeon.[Methods]In experiment 1 was selected 120 pairs of breeding pigeons with good reproductive performance and same breeding cycle were selected and divided into 2 groups,the control group was fed normally,and the experimental group was fed with composite vitamin nanoemulsion at 4000 times dilution in drinking water;In experiment 2 was selected 30 pairs of breeding pigeons with good reproductive performance and same reproductive cycle were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was fed normally,and the experimental group was supplemented with composite vitamin nanoemulsion in drinking water at 4000 times dilution concentration.[Results]Compared with the control group,the egg breaking rate in the experimental group was 8.03%lower,and the fertilization rate and hatching rate were 22.00%and 16.66%higher,respectively.The average body weight of young pigeons at 28 days of age in the experimental group was 31.23 g higher than that in the control group,and the average daily gain was increased by 1.12 g.The carcass weight,half-cleared eviscerated weight,fully cleared eviscerated weight and slaughter rate of young pigeons in the experimental group were increased by 49.29 g,36.77 g,19.16 g and 4.22%,respectively,compared with the control group.[Conclusion]Composite vitamin nanoemulsion has a good promotion and application value in breeding pigeons.
