摘要
基于抵港班列入场顺序和离港时间,以最小化压箱量和最小化场桥移动贝位数为目标,构建海铁联运进口箱的箱位分配优化模型,并利用Cplex对模型的正确性进行验证。针对模型和问题特点,设计启发式算法求解大规模现实问题,通过与最低栈堆存策略对比,证明了提出的箱位分配优化策略可有效降低压箱量。在此基础上,分析作业箱规模和抵港班列数量两个影响因素对优化效果的影响.研究结果可为海铁联运堆场的箱位分配决策提供理论支撑。
Based on the arrival sequence and departure time of arrival trains,the container allocation optimization model of sea-rail intermodal import containers was constructed with the goal of minimizing the container overlapping amounts and the number of yard and bridge moving bays,and the correctness of model was verified by CPLEX.For the characteristics of the model and the problem,a heuristic algorithm was designed to solve large-scale real-world problems.Compared with the lowest stack stacking strategy,it was proved that the slot allocation optimization strategy can effectively reduce the overlapping amounts.On this basis,the influence of two factors,the size of operation box and the number of arrival trains on the optimization effect was analyzed.The results can provide theoretical support for the container allocation decision-making of sea-rail intermodal storage yard.
