摘要
食管癌是全球常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,发病率及病死率均很高。淋巴结转移为食管癌最常见和最重要的转移方式,是食管癌患者预后的独立危险因素,亦是食管癌治疗策略选择的重要参考指标,准确预测食管癌淋巴结转移意义重大。本文将对食管癌淋巴结转移的常用诊断技术进行系统综述。
Esophageal cancer is a worldwide common malignant tumor of digestive system,with high morbidity and mortality.Lymph node metastasis is the most common and important metastatic mode of esophageal cancer,an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer,and an important reference index for the choice of treatment strategies for esophageal cancer.It is of great significance to accurately predict lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer.This article systematically reviewed the commonly used methods for diagnosing lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer.
