摘要
文章运用定基功效系数法、定基极差熵权法、变异系数法和空间标准差椭圆,测度分析2010—2018年中国地级以上287个城市的包容性绿色增长指数。结果表明,2010—2018年,中国地级以上城市包容性绿色增长指数以1.24%的年均增长率稳步提升,东、中、西三大地区和城市群间内部差异显著,但随时间增长呈逐渐缩小的态势;空间标准差椭圆呈长轴方向收缩、短轴方向扩张的密集型空间格局,表明“以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进”的新发展格局正在形成。
This paper uses the fixed-base efficiency coefficient method, fixed-base difference entropy weight method, coefficient of variation method and spatial standard deviation ellipse to measure and analyze the inclusive green growth index of 287 cities above the prefecture level in China from 2010 to 2018. The results show that the inclusive green growth index of cities at and above the prefectural level in China has been steadily increasing at an average annual growth rate of 1.24% from 2010 to 2018,that there are significant internal differences among the three regions and urban agglomerations in the east, central and west, but they gradually decrease with the growth of time, and that The spatial standard deviation ellipse shows a dense spatial pattern of contracting in the long axis direction and expanding in the short axis direction, indicating that a new development pattern of“domestic major cycle as the main body, domestic and international double cycle mutually promoting”is taking shape.
