摘要
按照全国各地区,各级部门以及党中央、国务院的要求,在构建社会主义和谐社会的有利形势下,充分发挥各级部门的作用,在生产生活中发挥技术监督部门的义务与职责。在新形势下,对质量和技术的要求越来越高。为了解决质量监督水平低下这个问题,我们需要研究相关的质量监测技术,结合未来的发展趋势,提高计量工作的质量和效率。
In accordance with the requirements of various regions,departments at all levels,and the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,under the favorable situation of building a socialist harmonious society,the role of departments at all levels should be brought into full play,and the duties and responsibilities of technical supervision departments should be effective in production and life.In the new situation,the requirements for quality and technology are increasing.In order to solve the problem of the low level of quality supervision,it is necessary to study the relevant quality monitoring technology,and combine with the future development trend to improve the quality and efficiency of measurement work.
