摘要
以青岛宝博生物的自动化立体仓库为例,介绍了通过S7-1200PLC来控制的双立柱自动堆垛机的控制系统的设计方案,分析了设备的工艺流程,阐述了系统的结构组成和软件设计,并说明了利用激光测距定位系统进行水平方向的精确定位,利用变频器和旋转编码器进行闭环的速度控制。实际应用表明,该系统与同类产品相比,具有更好的定位精度,更好的柔性速度调节,同时运行时振动和噪声比较小,安全性和可靠性非常好,达到很好的控制效果,具有很好的推广价值。
This paper takes the automatic three-dimensional warehouse of Qingdao Baobo Biotechnology as an example,and introduces the control system design scheme of the double-column automatic stacker controlled by S7-1200PLC.The article analyzes the technological process of the equipment,expounds the structure and software design of the system,and illustrates the use of laser ranging and positioning system for precise positioning in the horizontal direction,and the use of frequency converters and rotary encoders for closed-loop speed control.The practical application shows that compared with similar products,the system has better positioning accuracy,better flexible speed adjustment,less vibration and noise during operation,very good safety and reliability,and achieves a good control effect.The system has good promotion value.
