摘要
为了探究华北落叶松茎、叶、花3个部位挥发性物质的组分,为筛选华北落叶松中对昆虫具有引诱作用的物质提供参考,同时为植物源引诱剂的开发提供理论依据,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS),并结合AMDIS解卷积鉴定系统及NIST 2.0谱库分析和鉴定华北落叶松不同部位挥发物的组分,采用面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。结果表明,华北落叶松茎、叶、花3个部位共鉴定出78种挥发性物质,这些挥发性化合物均以萜烯类为主,其中,茎中鉴定出的挥发性物质有58种,占挥发性物质总量的88.79%,萜烯类占挥发性物质总量的75.59%;叶中鉴定出的挥发性物质有48种,占挥发性物质总量的89.35%,萜烯类占挥发性物质总量的82.02%;花中鉴定出的挥发性物质有50种,占挥发性物质总量的94.77%,萜烯类占挥发性物质总量的84.27%。茎、叶、花3个部位鉴定出共有的挥发性物质有28种,分别占挥发性物质总量的39.23%、46.11%、53.46%。由此可见,这3个部位挥发性组分及含量存在一定的差异,但其主要成分均为萜烯类。
This study aims to explore the composition of volatile substances in the stems, leaves and flowers of Larix principis-rupprechtii, it provides a reference for screening the substances that attract insects in Larix principis-rupprechtii, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of botanical attractants, using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HSSPME)-gas chromatography-masss pectrometry(GC-MS) combined with AMDIS deconvolution identification system and NIST 2.0 library to analyze and identify different parts of Larix principis-rupprechtii for the volatile components, using area normalization method to determine the relative content of each component. The results showed that 78 volatile compounds were identified from the stems, leaves and flowers of Larix principis-rupprechtii. These volatile compounds were mainly terpenes.Among them, 58 volatiles were identified in the stems, accounting for 88.79% of the total volatiles, and terpenes accounted for75.59%;there were 48 volatiles identified in leaves, accounting for 89.35% of the e total volatiles, and terpenes accounted for82.02%;there were 50 volatiles identified in flowers, accounting for 94.77% of the total volatiles, terpenes Alkenes accounted for 84.27%. There were 28 kinds of volatiles shared by the three parts of stems, leaves and flowers, which accounted for39.23%, 46.11% and 53.46% of the total contents of volatiles respectively. It could be seen that there were certain differences in the volatile components and contents of these three parts, but their main components were terpenes.
