摘要
为研究抗菌肽对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、营养物质代谢及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取66周龄产蛋率和体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡120只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在饲喂基础饲粮的基础上分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg的抗菌肽。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的产蛋率分别提高5.72%、3.41%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的平均蛋重提高1.27%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低6.07%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的蛋黄比例提高3.90%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的蛋壳厚度均提高5.56%(P<0.05),蛋黄颜色分别提高11.54%、14.37%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的蛋壳强度和粗灰分利用率分别提高8.90%、16.43%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清中的总胆固醇含量分别降低39.96%、35.36%、27.62%(P<0.05),球蛋白含量分别提高22.52%、22.86%、25.88%(P<0.05),磷含量分别提高53.42%、39.13%、52.17%(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的总蛋白含量提高14.60%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的碱性磷酸酶活性提高24.00%(P<0.05)。由此可知,添加适量的抗菌肽可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质、营养物质利用率和血清生化指标,本试验条件下,最适添加量为200 mg/kg。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of antimicrobial peptides on production performance,egg quality,nutrient metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens in late laying period.A total of 120 Hailan Brown laying hens with similar laying rate and weight at 66 weeks of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 5 laying hens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental groups I,II and III were fed with 100,200,400mg/kg antimicrobial peptides on the basis of basic diet.The pre-test period was 7 days and the trial period was 56 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the laying rate of test groups I and II was increased by 5.72%and 3.41%respectively(P<0.05);The average egg weight of group II was increased by 1.27%(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was decreased by 6.07%(P<0.05);The proportion of egg yolk in the test group I was increased by 3.90%(P<0.05);The eggshell thickness was increased by 5.56%(P<0.05),and the egg yolk color was increased by 11.54%and 14.37%(P<0.05)in groups II and III respectively;The eggshell strength and crude ash utilization rate of test group II was increased by 8.90%and16.43%respectively(P<0.05);The total cholesterol content in serum of groups I,II,andⅢwas decreased by 39.96%,35.36%and 27.62%respectively(P<0.05),the globulin content was increased by 22.52%,22.86%and 25.88%respectively(P<0.05),and the phosphorus content was increased by 53.42.%,39.13%and 52.17%respectively(P<0.05);The total protein content in group III was increased by 14.60%(P<0.05);The alkaline phosphatase activity in group II was increased by 24.00%(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding appropriate amount of antimicrobial peptide could improve the production performance,egg quality,nutrient utilization rate and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens in late laying period,and under this experimental conditions,the optimal addition amount was 200 mg/kg.
