大学文科类课程在线教学效果优化研究——以企业伦理课为例

摘要 后疫情时代,混合式教学和虚拟课堂的大量应用,要求高校教师重新审视各种在线教学工具的有效性。基于陶行知先生“社会即学校”的生活教育理论,结合文科类课程培养学生思辨能力和分析能力的教学要求,剖析大学文科类课程线下教学困境,介绍了疫情防控期间企业伦理学课程在线教学情况,并对教学效果进行实证分析,得出优化在线教学效果的建议。 In the post-epidemic era,the large number of applications of blended teaching and virtual classrooms require college teachers to reexamine the effectiveness of various online teaching tools.This article is based on Mr.Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory of society as a school,combined with the teaching requirements of liberal arts courses to cultivate students’ thinking and analysis skills,introduces the online teaching of corporate ethics courses during the epidemic,and analyzes the offline teaching dilemmas of university liberal arts courses.An empirical analysis of the teaching effect is conducted,and get suggestions for optimizing the effect of online teaching.
