基于产教融合的校企“双主体”协同育人研究与实践 被引量:22

摘要 针对职业院校产教融合实施过程中存在的校企对接不紧密、合作内容单一、机制不畅通等问题,提出以产业学院为牵引,以产教融合实训基地为依托,以应用技术协同创新中心为载体,以现代学徒制人才培养为模式,统筹学校、企业资源,搭建产教融合协同创新平台,开展校企“双主体”协同育人,有效促进了技术技能型人才培养和产业岗位需求结构要素的全方位融合,为职业院校产、学、研协同发展提供参考。 Owing to the loose connection between school and enterprise,single cooperative content and incomplete cooperative mechanism in the implementation process of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,the development strategy of integration between industry and education is put forward in this paper:taking industrial college as lead,relying on the training base of industry and education integration,taking the technology collaborative innovation center as carrier,taking the modern apprenticeship as talent training model,coordinating resources from schools and enterprises to build a platform for collaborative innovation in integrating industry and education,construction and practice of talent training system characterized by double-body of school and enterprise.The strategy has practiced and effectively promoted technical and skilled talents training and overall integration of industrial post demand structure elements,which also provides a reference for the coordinated development of industry,learning and research in vocational colleges.
