医学研究生学业压力的潜在类别及其与积极学业情绪及社会适应的关系 被引量:1

Potential categories of academic stress and its relationship with positive academic emotions and social adaptation in medical postgraduates

摘要 目的 了解医学研究生学业压力现状及潜在类别,并探究学业压力与积极学业情绪、社会适应间的关系。方法 2020年5-9月,采用一般资料问卷、研究生学业压力问卷、一般学业情绪问卷和社会适应问卷(简式版)对安徽省、江苏省和上海市7所医学院校363名医学研究生进行调查,并运用潜在剖面分析方法探讨学业压力的潜在类别。结果 医学研究生学业压力、积极学业情绪、积极与消极社会适应得分分别为(69.65±13.56)、(123.59±22.22)、(73.51±10.24)和(46.17±10.79)分,其中学业压力可分为3个类别:高压力期望组(45.2%)、中压力科研组(48.5%)和低压力专业组(6.3%),不同类别学业压力的医学研究生积极学业情绪、积极与消极社会适应得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。学业压力、积极学业情绪、积极与消极社会适应两两间均具有相关性(r=-0.231~0.561,均P<0.01),积极学业情绪在学业压力、社会适应间起部分中介作用(P<0.01)。结论 医学研究生学业压力具有明显的分类特征,且与积极学业情绪及社会适应密切相关,医学院校可针对不同类别的群体进行针对性干预。 Objective To understand the status and potential categories of academic stress in medical postgraduates,explore the relationship between academic stress,positive academic emotions and social adaptation. Methods From May to September2020,363 medical postgraduates in seven medical colleges in Anhui Province,Jiangsu Province and Shanghai City were surveyed by general information questionnaire,postgraduate academic stress questionnaire,general academic emotions questionnaire,and social adaptation questionnaire(simplified version). The potential profile analysis method was used to explore the potential categories of academic stress. Results The scores of academic stress,positive academic emotions,positive and negative social adaptation of medical postgraduates were(69.65±13.56),(123.59±22.22),(73.51±10.24) and(46.17±10.79)points,respectively. The academic stress can be divided into three categories:high stress-expectation group(45.2%),medium pressure-research group(48.5%) and low stress-professional group(6.3%). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of positive academic emotions,positive and negative social adaptation among medical graduate students under different categories of academic stress(all P<0.05).There were relationships among academic stress,positive academic emotions,negative academic emotions and social adaptation(r =-0.231-0.561,all P <0.01). Positive academic emotion played a partial mediating role between academic stress and social adaptation(P<0.01). Conclusion The academic stress of medical postgraduates has obvious categories characteristics and is closely related to positive academic emotions and social adaptation,and medical schools can carry out differenti interventions for different categories.
