摘要
农贸市场是城市集中居住区重要的公益性公共服务设施,伴随城镇化的不断推进,农贸市场的选址成为关系到城市精细化管理的重要问题。在进行可达性分析时,相对于传统的欧氏距离缓冲分析,网络分析得到的结果更符合实际,精确性也更高。本文基于GIS相关理论,采用网络分析方法,依托城市道路交通网络,从可达性的角度,以烟台市福山主城区为例,针对城镇农贸市场的选址进行了定量分析。研究发现:福山主城区现有的农贸市场已不能满足城镇居民的日常生活需求,而利用网络分析方法重新规划后的农贸市场覆盖范围增加了83.06%;利用OD成本矩阵,按照城镇居民生活组团的不同可达性距离对研究区域进行空间插值运算,得到所研究区域的可达性空间分布,并对规划成果进行校验。
Farmers market is an important public service facility in urban concentrated residential areas.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the location of farmers markets is an important issue related to the fine management of cities.In reachability analysis,compared with the traditional Euclidean distance buffer analysis,the results obtained by network analysis are more realistic and have higher accuracy.In this paper,we took Fushan District as an example to illustrate planning of farmers markets through the relevant theories of GIS and network analysis method.It is found that the existing farmers market in Fushan District can no longer meet the daily needs of urban residents,and the coverage of farmers market has increased by 83.06%after planning by using network analysis method.Moreover,through OD cost matrix,the spatial interpolation operation is carried out on the study area according to the different accessibility distances of urban residents living groups,and the accessibility spatial distribution of the study area can be obtained,and the planning results can be verified.
