摘要
目的分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声在鉴别诊断子宫内膜息肉与子宫内膜癌中的临床意义。方法选取40例子宫内膜息肉患者作为息肉组,选取同期40例子宫内膜癌患者作为癌症组,均行经阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断。对比两组内膜与肌层分界、病灶内部回声、子宫内膜厚度、病灶内部血流情况、血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、平均血流速度(TAP)变化。结果癌症组超声相关参数内膜与肌层分界清晰占比[37.50%(15/40)]和病灶内部回声均匀占比[20.00%(8/40)]较息肉组[67.50%(27/40)、57.50%(23/40)]低,子宫内膜厚度较息肉组厚(P<0.05);癌症组病灶内部血流丰富占比为[75.00%(30/40)],较息肉组[35.00%(14/40)]高(P<0.05);癌症组彩超相关参数RI、PI、TAP较息肉组低(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断鉴别子宫内膜息肉与子宫内膜癌患者中,效果较为明显,可对良恶性疾病做出准确判断,为临床诊断提供科学依据,对早期疾病治疗具有积极意义。
Objective analyze the clinical significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer.Methods 40 patients with endometrial polyps were selected as polyp group and 40 patients as cancer group,all with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Comparison of the 2 groups of intima and muscle layer demarcation,internal lesion echo,endometrial thickness,internal lesion blood flow,blood flow resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI),and mean blood flow velocity(TAP)changes.Results The proportion of intima and myomewas clear[37.50%(15/40)]and uniform proportion of internal echo[20.00%(8/40)]than[67.50%(27/40),57.50%(23/40)],The endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the polyp group(P<0.05);The cancer group was[75.00%(30/40)],Higher than the polyp group[35.00%(14/40)](P<0.05);RI,PI and TAP in the cancer group were lower than those in the polyP group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcinal color Doppler ultrasound has obvious results in diagnoand distinguishing endometrial polyps from endometrial cancer,which can make accurate judgment of benign and malignant diseases,provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis,and have positive significance for the treatment of early diseases.
