摘要
[目的]本文旨在通过对欧洲温室型黄瓜品质性状进行杂种优势和配合力分析,辅助选择综合性状优异的亲本和杂交组合,为培育优良无刺的黄瓜新品种提供参考。[方法]以6个欧洲温室型黄瓜的高代自交系为试验材料,采用完全双列杂交方法(GriffingⅣ)配制15个杂交组合,分析12个品质性状的杂种优势、配合力、遗传参数以及性状间的相关性。[结果]黄瓜瓜长、瓜横径、果形指数、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量等9个性状存在正向杂种优势,瓜把长表现为最大负向杂种优势,可以有效利用改善欧洲温室型黄瓜的外观和内在品质。瓜横径、果肉硬度和可溶性蛋白含量表现为显性方差大于加性方差,瓜长、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量等8个性状遗传力较高并表现为加性作用,宜在早期世代选育。相关性研究表明,欧洲温室型黄瓜的外观品质与内在品质存在相关性,瓜长与维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著正相关,果肉厚与可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著正相关,其相关性在选育过程中应加以利用。配合力分析结果显示,自交系20055S、20062S和20011S在大部分品质性状上都具有较好的一般配合力效应,有较高的育种价值;20055S×20062S、20062S×20011S和20011S×20014S分别是综合性状表现优异的长果型组合、中长果型组合和短果型组合,都可作为品质优良的无刺类黄瓜推广应用。[结论]欧洲温室型黄瓜品质性状存在杂种优势;20055S、20062S和20011S是优异亲本,20055S×20062S、20062S×20011S和20011S×20014S是优势杂交组合,应用前景较好。
[Objectives]This study aimed to analyze the heterosis and combining ability of quality traits of European greenhouse cucumber,to assist the selection of excellent comprehensive traits of parents and cross combinations,and to provide reference for breeding good new cucumber varieties without spines.[Methods]The heterosis,combining ability,genetic parameters and correlation between traits of 12 quality traits were analyzed on 15 hybrid combinations prepared by complete diallel cross design method(GriffingⅣ)with 6 European greenhouse type cucumber inbred lines.[Results]There was positive heterosis in 9 traits,such as fruit length,fruit diameter,fruit shape index,vitamin C content and soluble sugar content,and the most negative heterosis was found in fruit stalk length,which could be effectively used to improve the exterior and internal quality of European greenhouse cucumber.Compared with the dominant variance of fruit diameter,fruit hardness and soluble protein content,8 traits including fruit length,vitamin C content and soluble sugar content showed high heritability,which were mainly manifested as additive effects,and were suitable for breeding in early generations.Correlation analysis showed that exterior quality traits were correlated with internal quality traits in European greenhouse cucumber.For instance,fruit length was positively correlated with vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents;fruit flesh thickness was positively correlated with soluble protein and soluble sugar contents,which could be used for preliminary selection in breeding process.Combining ability analysis showed that inbred lines 20055S,20062S and 20011S had positive general combining ability effect on most quality traits and therefore were valuable in breeding;20055S×20062S,20062S×20011S and 20011S×20014S were long fruit type combination,medium long fruit type combination and short fruit type combination with excellent comprehensive traits,respectively.All three combinations had the potential for marketing application as good quality spineless cucumbers.[Conclusions]Heterosis was detected in quality traits of European greenhouse cucumber;20055S,20062S and 20011S were superior parents,and 20055S×20062S,20062S×20011S and 20011S×20014S were preferred combinations with good application prospect.
