振动搅拌对水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响与拟合分析 被引量:2

摘要 为分析振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石基层后期力学性能发展规律对工程质量的影响,进行7~180 d龄期振动搅拌与普通静力搅拌水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度和动态回弹模量试验,并着重对结果进行拟合与预测。研究结果表明:指数函数比双曲线函数更符合水泥稳定碎石强度发展的规律;7 d时,振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石的强度达到稳定后强度的60%以上,应非常重视该阶段的养生工作;在预测曲线中,28 d前水泥稳定碎石各力学指标增长较快,在90 d后增幅明显减小,并都在270 d后趋于稳定;在相同龄期和水泥剂量时,振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度和动态回弹模量均比普通静力搅拌大。研究结果揭示了振动搅拌对水泥稳定碎石力学性能发展的影响规律,对振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石的施工具有一定指导意义。 In order to analyze the impact of the development of mechanical properties of vibration mixing cement stabilized macadam(CSM)on the project quality,the mechanical properties of 7~180 d vibration mixing CSM and ordinary static two-cylinder continuous mixing CSM are studied by the unconfined compressive strength tests,the splitting strength tests,and the dynamic compressive resilient modulus tests.Then,the mechanical properties development of CSM with two types mixing technology are predicted.The results show that the exponential function,as compared with the hyperbolic function,is closely in line with the development of the strength of CSM.The strength of the vibration mixing CSM reaches up to more than 60%of total strength,which means that the maintenance should be paid attention to the first 7d.According to the result of the regression analysis,the mechanical indices of these two CSMs increase rapidly before 28d,while decrease obviously after 90d and stabilized after 270d.The unconfined compressive strength,the splitting strength,and the dynamic compressive resilient modulus of vibration mixing CSM are larger than those of ordinary static mixing CSM at the same content.This study reveals the development of the mechanical properties of the vibration mixing CSM,which is of great significance for the construction of the vibration mixing CSM.
