摘要
目的:探讨高强度间歇训练对青年篮球运动员有氧代谢能力的影响。方法:将16名青年篮球运动员随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行队内常规训练,实验组在常规训练的基础上每周进行 5 次高强度间歇训练,持续 6 周,其余训练内容和作息时间均与对照组完全相同。训练前后对所有运动员进行AT功率、VEmax、VO;max、HRmax、BLA以及RBC、HGB、HCT测试,运用数理统计法对各指标训练前后的变化情况进行分析比较。结果:经过6周的高强度间歇训练,实验组青年篮球运动员的AT功率、VEmax、VO;max、HRmax以及RBC、HGB、HCT均有了显著提高(P<0.05),BLA显著下降(P<0.05);而对照组运动员各指标训练前后无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:6周高强度间歇训练可以有效提高青年篮球运动员的有氧代谢能力。
Objective: To probe into the effect of high intensity interval training on aerobic metabolism of young basketball players. Methods: 16 young basketball players are randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group had routine training, and the experimental group had high intensity interval training 5 times a week on the basis of routine training, lasting 6 weeks. AT power, VE max, VO;, HR max, BLA,RBC, HGB and HCT of all athletes are tested before and after training, and the changes of each index before and after training are analyzed and compared by mathematical statistics method. Results: After 6 weeks of high intensity interval training, the AT power, VE max, VO;max, HR max, RBC, HGB, HCT of young basketball players in the experimental group are significantly increased (P < 0.05), and blood lactic acid value is significantly decreased (P < 0.05). There are no significant changes in the indexes of control group before and after training (P >0.05). Conclusion: The 6-week high intensity interval training designed in this study can effectively improve the aerobic metabolic capacity of young basketball players.
