摘要
为解决生产中灰分化验存在的问题,寨崖底选煤厂采用无源在线灰分仪对原煤灰分和精煤灰分进行了测定,并建设了基于灰分回控的智能密度控制系统。生产实践表明:基于灰分回控的智能密度控制系统应用后,重介系统精煤灰分从9.5%提升至10.0%,精煤产率提高了0.5个百分点,经济效益良好。
In order to solve the problems arising from rapid determination of ash content of coal by artificial means,the passive online ash monitor is used by Zhaiyadi Plant to measure the ash contents of both raw and clean coal,and an online measured ash data-based intelligent medium density control system is developed.Field application of the system has yielded a favorable economic result as evidenced by the facts that the ash content of the clean coal product of the plant's heavy medium separation system has seen a little rise from 9.5%to 10.0%yet its yield is increased noticeably by 0.5 percentage points.
