摘要
在全自动运行模式下,对跨座式单轨交通车辆基地工艺设计进行探索。提出由全自动运行引起的单轨车辆基地设计应增加的新要求,分析单轨车辆全自动运行对车辆基地设计规模的影响,运用车和检修车将减少,停车规模将增大,并将影响单轨车辆检修规程。在全自动运行区和非自动运行区划分的条件下,全面总结出了顺接并列布置、顺接纵列布置、倒装逆向布置和贯通式布置4种段型、8种平面布置方案,为进一步研究打下良好基础。对跨座式单轨车辆基地运用库、月检换轮库、检修库、工作车库、洗车线、试车线、牵出线等运用检修设施以及新增备用控制中心的设计进行探讨。
The process design of straddle-type monorail vehicle base in fully automatic operation mode is explored.This paper puts forward new requirements for the design of monorail vehicle base demanded by fully automatic operation,analyzes the influence of fully automatic operation of monorail vehicles on the design scale of vehicle base,and points out that the number of operation vehicles and maintenance vehicles will be reduced,the parking scale will be increased,and the maintenance procedures of monorail vehicles will be affected.Based on the division of automatic operation area and non-automatic operation area,four section types and eight plane layout schemes of sequential parallel layout,sequential longitudinal layout,inverted reverse layout and through layout are comprehensively summarized,which lays a good foundation for further researches.This paper also discusses the design of operation and maintenance facilities of straddle-type monorail vehicle base,such as operation depot,monthly inspection and wheel changing depot,maintenance depot,working garage,car washing line,test line,pull-out line,etc.,as well as the new standby control center.
