摘要
汉口近代日清汽船公司仓库建筑群是目前已知的汉口近代最大的仓库建筑群,作为武汉近代的工业遗产,其保护与修缮在汉口沿江历史风貌区的城市更新工作中非常重要。文章介绍了该历史建筑的保护设计创作和修缮实践经验,提出在此类历史建筑的保护修缮中应遵循修旧如旧的理念,结合当前城市公共活动需求,创造具有原真性历史风貌的城市特色空间。文章可为近代工业遗产类的历史建筑保护与修复工作提供参考。
The early-modern Hankou Japanese Steamship Warehouse Building Group is currently known as the largest early-modern warehouse in Hankou, Wuhan. As the early-modern industrial heritage of Wuhan, its preservation and repair are very important in the urban renewal work of Hankou’s historical area along the Yangtze River. This paper introduces the preservation design and repair practical experience of this historical building, and proposes that the preservation and repair of this type of historical building should follow the concept of repairing the old as before,combining the current needs of urban public activities, and creating urban characteristics space with authentic historical features. This research can provide reference for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings of early-modern industrial heritage.
