摘要
DRG支付方式在控制医疗费用、提高医疗服务效率方面具有显著优势。中医医疗服务体系具有特殊性,应用DRG支付方式面临诸多问题与挑战。本文结合DRG支付方式与中医医疗服务特点,探讨中医医院实施DRG付费面临的具体问题,并从营造技术环境、建立医保协商谈判机制、开展以成本为中心的资源精细化管理、建立强化DRG付费正向激励的绩效考核体系等方面提出对策建议。
The DRG payment method has significant advantages in controlling medical expenses and improving the efficiency of medical services.The TCM medical service system is unique,and the application of DRG payment methods faces many problems and challenges.Based on the DRG payment method and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine medical services,this paper discusses the specific problems faced by traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in implementing DRG payment.Provide countermeasures and suggestions to the incentive performance appraisal system.
