摘要
为了满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求,进一步实现优质医疗资源扩充、下沉,多院区发展模式或将成为大型综合公立医院的主要发展方向。河北省沧州中西医结合医院是一所“一院六区”的多院区区域医疗中心和医疗集团,医院采用垂直化与扁平化管理交叉结合的管理模式,形成了各院区行政管理一体化、医疗质量同质化、医技科室中心化、信息平台互联互通、内涵建设统一融合的紧密型多院区一体化格局。本文介绍了该院多院区一体化管理的实践探索和效果,为公立医院优化多院区管理举措提供参考。
In order to meet the growing health needs of the people and further realize the expansion and sinking of high-quality medical resources,the multi-hospital development model may become the main development direction of large general public hospitals.Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM·Hebei is a multi-hospital regional medical center and medical group with one hospital and six districts.The hospital adopts a management model of cross-combination of vertical and flat management,forming a close multi-hospital integration pattern of administrative management integration in each hospital district,homogenization of medical quality,centralization of medical technology departments,interconnection of information platforms,and unified integration of connotation construction.This paper introduces the practice and effect of multi-hospital integrated management in the hospital,and provides reference for public hospitals to optimize multi-hospital management.
