摘要
针对半挂车行业对环保涂装的迫切需求,分别开发适用于半挂车的水性双组分环氧底漆和水性双组分聚氨酯面漆,用于半挂车车身的保护和装饰,并对配套涂料的施工和涂层进行系统研究。结果表明,通过整车涂装测试,本文制备的水性双组分底漆和面漆施工性能良好,涂层综合性能优异,达到半挂车涂层技术指标要求。相比于溶剂型涂料,本文研制的涂料涂装过程显著降低VOC排放,实现半挂车的环保涂装。
In response to the urgent needs of the semi-trailer industry for environmental friendly coatings,water-based 2K epoxy primers and water-based 2K polyurethane topcoats suitable for semi-trailers were developed and used for the protection and decoration of the semi-trailer body.The coating process and film performance of the prepared coating systems are investigated.The results showed that the water-based 2K primer and topcoat had good construction performance and excellent comprehensive performance and met the technical requirements of semi-trailer coating.Compared with solvent-based coatings,the prepared coatings have significantly VOC-reduced emission and realize environmental friendly coating process for semi-trailer.
