多位损伤铝合金平板剩余强度分析

摘要 针对飞机铝合金结构出现的多位损伤(MSD)问题,本文开展了含多位损伤铝合金平板试样的剩余强度试验研究。采用工程常用的8种不同剩余强度准则对MSD试样的剩余强度进行预测,并与试验结果进行对比,以评价各项预测准则的准确性。研究显示,对于本试验选用的材料和试样形式,Swift准则和平均应力准则相比其他准则取得了较好的预测效果,这两种准则可适用于含多种裂纹形式飞机铝合金结构剩余强度的分析,为飞机结构及安全性评估提供指导。 Aiming at the multiple side damage(MSD)problem of aircraft aluminum alloy structure,the residual strength test study of aluminum alloy flat specimens containing multiple damages are carried out.Eight different residual strength criteria commonly used in engineering are used to predict the residual strength of MSD specimens and compare them with the test results to evaluate the accuracy of the prediction criteria.The results show that for the materials and sample forms selected in this experiment,the Swift criterion and the average stress criterion have achieved better prediction results than other criteria.These two criteria are applicable to the analysis of the residual strength of aircraft aluminum alloy structures with multiple crack forms,and provide guidance for aircraft safety assessment.
