摘要
师范类专业认证背景下高职院校学前教育专业课程设置工作的开展是响应国家相关教育政策,促进高职院校学前教育专业课程建设质量与学生专业素养提升的有效举措。但在具体的工作开展过程中,部分高职院校还存在教师队伍管理机制建设不足,学前教育专业课程教学模式较为单一,学前教育专业课程体系建设、课程评价机制建设与师范类专业认证体系衔接不完善等问题,不利于课程设置工作的推进。所以,高职院校要优化学前教育专业教师队伍建设,完善学前教育专业课程评价机制,为高职院校师生提供专业导向,促进高职院校学前教育专业建设及学生师范认证通过率的有效提升。
Under the background of normal professional certification, curriculum design in preschool education of higher vocational colleges is one of the keys to the development of both students and schools in light of relevant national education policies. However, there are still some problems in practice, such as ill-functioning management mechanism, less diversified teaching methodologies, unsatisfying interaction between the curriculum system, evaluation mechanism and normal professional certification scheme. Therefore, to further their development, higher vocational colleges should optimize their teachers’ structure in pre-school education, improve their curriculum evaluation mechanism, provide professional guidance for teachers and students, and increase the passing rate in candidate teachers who apply for the certificate.
