Objective To explore the effects of nursing multidisciplinary team first aid nursing path in patients with deep II degree and above severe bur. Methods 112 patients with deep II and above severe burn underwent conventional treatment, and 56 of them hospitalized from March 2019 to March 2020 given conventional nursing car(control group)and 56 of them, demographically and clinically matched and hospitalized during the period April 2020 to April 2021 given nursing care applying nursing multidisciplinary team first aid nursing path(study group). The patients were followed up for two months. The timeliness of rescue, incidence of complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The time of consultation, emergency examination time, and debridement time of the study group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidenceof complications such as burn shock, pulmonary infection, renal insufficiency and stress ulcer of the study group was 5.357%,significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality, such as pain, sleep, and body functions,of the study group was significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of nursing multidisciplinary team first aid nursing path in patients with deep II degree and above severe burn significantly improves the prognosis.
