摘要
砂砾岩储层岩相变化快、粒度分布广,岩性分类时笼统定名为砂砾岩难以满足储层精细评价的要求,且基于常规测井资料的岩性识别方法划分砂砾岩粒级难度较大。以准噶尔盆地乌尔禾组的244个岩心样品数据为基础,采用主成分分析法提取测井曲线的主成分后,利用K-均值聚类法进行聚类分析,优选聚类数,建立岩石物理相;再根据粒度分析岩性对岩石物理相进行标定,明确岩石物理相代表的岩性,建立相应的Fisher判别模型,实现对岩性的初步划分;最后在岩石物理相约束下,根据粒度曲线对岩性粒级进行细分,建立了一种能够有效划分砂砾岩岩性粒级的方法。研究结果表明,岩石物理相与粒度中值相结合的岩性粒级划分方法能够有效划分砂砾岩岩性粒级,满足砂砾岩储层精细评价的要求。
The sand-conglomerate reservoir has a rapid change in lithofacies and a wide particle size distribution.Inlithological classification,it is generally named sand-conglomerate,which is difficult to meet the requirements of the fine reservoir evaluation,and the lithology identification method based on the conventional logging data is difficult to classify the particle size of the sand-conglomerate.Based on the data of 244 core samples from the Wuerhe Formation in the Junggar Basin,the principal components of logging curves were extracted by the principal component analysis,and the cluster analysis was carried out by K-means clustering method to optimize the cluster number and establish petrophysical facies.According to the lithology of particle size analysis,the petrophysical facies was then calibrated to clarify its lithology,and the corresponding Fisher discriminant model was established to realize the preliminary division of lithology.Finally,under the constraint of the petrophysical facies,the lithologic particle size was subdivided according to the particle size curve,and a method for effectively dividing the particle size of sand-conglomerate was established.The results show that the lithology classification method combining the petrophysical facies with the median size can effectively classify the particle size of the sand-conglomerate,and can meet the requirements of fine evaluation of the sand-conglomerate reservoir.
