摘要
为了提高装配式建筑的施工效率,提出一种叠合梁柱节点的钢筋环扣连接技术,对4个试件进行低周往复加载试验,研究节点的滞回性能,耗能能力、刚度退化等力学性能。试验结果表明:钢筋环扣连接节点在低周往复荷载作用下的承载力和刚度退化方面优于现浇与弯锚节点。在此基础上,采用ABAQUS对不同弯折高度的钢筋环扣连接节点进行单调加载计算分析。参数分析结果表明:增加钢筋环扣的弯折高度会降低节点的抗弯刚度,但在节点受拉钢筋屈服后,其承载力下降较缓。
In order to improve the construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings,a new technique of rebar ring connection for composite beam-column joints was proposed.The mechanical properties of the joints,such as hysteresis,energy dissipation and stiffness degradation were studied by low-cycle reciprocating loading tests on four specimens.Test results show that the steel ring connecting nodes under low cycle reciprocating load bearing capacity and stiffness degradation of cast-in-situ and bending of the anchor nodes.On this basis,ABAQUS was used to calculate and analyze the monotonic loading of the rebar ring joints with different bending heights.The parameter analysis results show that the overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the joints can be improved by increasing the bending height of the rebar ring.
