摘要
高质量发展是国家提出的“十四五”时期指导经济社会发展的基本战略。这一战略谋划在宏观上基于中国经济发展进入新常态的内部需求及面对百年未有之大变局的外部形势,而其微观要义则是要求社会各个领域都要适应经济发展方式之变,从增量向提质转型。“十四五”发展规划中高质量教育体系建设目标的提出则直接为深入推进新发展阶段高校思政课高质量发展指明了任务和方向。为此,应敏锐把握新发展阶段高校思政课高质量发展的内涵,在高水平思政课教师队伍建设、思政课教学内容的守正创新、教学方法的精准有效,教学评价的科学合理等方面全方位探索高校思政课高质量发展的有效路径,进而不断推动高校思政课提质增效。
High-quality development is the basic strategy proposed by the state to guide economic and social development during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan.This strategic plan is based on the internal demand of China'ss economic development entering the new normal and the external situation facing the big changes unseen in a century.The microcosmic essence is to require all sectors of society to adapt to changes in the mode of economic development and transform from incremental to quality improvement.In the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan,the goal of building a high-quality education system has directly pointed out the tasks and directions for the in-depth advancement of the high-quality development of ideological and political theory in the new development stage.So,we should grasp the connotation of the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in universities in the new stage of development,in the construction of high-level ideological and political teachers,the The invariance and innovation of the teaching content,the accurate and effective teaching methods,the scientific and reasonable aspects of teaching evaluation to explore an effective path for the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in colleges in an all-round way,and continue to promote the quality and efficiency.
