摘要
为解决服装大规模定制生产企业在进行订单排程时过于依赖人工、缺乏合理评估依据等问题,进行了服装订单优先级综合评价模型相关研究。首先根据服装大规模定制订单特点构建优先级评价指标体系,再利用层次分析法计算评价体系中各指标权重,并通过模糊综合评价理论建立评语集及指标等级准则,最后结合实例进行定制订单优先级综合模糊评价,完成排程优化。在研究过程中,借助MATLAB软件技术进行相关理论实验。结果表明:通过该模型可将订单优先级评价指标等级量化,可对服装订单进行客观合理的综合评估,为服装大规模定制企业所面临的订单排程优化问题提供可行性技术思路。
In order to solve the problem that apparel mass customization production enterprises rely too much on manual labor and lacking reasonable evaluation basis in order scheduling,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of clothing order priority.This article firstly built the priority evaluation index system based on the order characteristics of apparel mass customization,then calculated the weight of each index in the evaluation systemwith the analytic hierarchy process,and established the evaluation index level criteria through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the order priority comprehensive fuzzy evaluation was carried out with examples and the order scheduling was realized.This paper used MATLAB software technology to implement related theories.The results show that this model can quantify the order priority evaluation index level,conduct an objective and reasonable comprehensive evaluation of the clothing order priority,and provide feasible technical ideas for the order scheduling optimization problems faced by apparel mass customization enterprises.
