摘要
通过对呼和浩特地区若干互助幸福院的走访与调研发现,该地区互助养老建筑普遍存在平面功能单一,围护结构的选材与热工参数不满足节能设计要求,采暖方式较为传统且不经济等问题,导致建筑能耗较高,冬季室内热环境差,无法满足老年人的生活基本需求。因此,为营造良好的养老居住环境,实现农村互助养老建筑的可持续发展,以降低冬季采暖能耗为目标,使用DesignBuilder仿真模拟软件分别从建筑朝向、体形系数、围护结构3个方面提出节能优化设计策略。并通过正交试验将围护结构不同部位的优化方案进行组合模拟分析,最终确定了两组最优方案,实现了农村互助养老建筑节能75%的目标,为日后互助养老建筑的建设提供了一定的参考。
Through the investigations of several mutual aid and happiness homes in Hohhot, it is found that the mutual aid and elderly care buildings in this area generally have problems-the plane function is single, the selection of materials and thermal parameters of the envelope structure do not meet the requirements of energy-saving design, and the heating method is traditional and uneconomical. As a result, the building energy consumption is high, and the indoor thermal environment is poor in winter, which cannot meet the basic needs of the elderly. Therefore, in order to create a good old-age living environment and realize the sustainable development of rural mutual-aid buildings for the elderly, with the goal of reducing heating energy consumption in winter, the DesignBuilder was used to propose energy saving from three aspects: building orientation, body shape coefficient, and envelope structure, to optimize design strategies. And through the orthogonal test, the optimization schemes of different parts of the envelope structure are combined and simulated, and two sets of optimal schemes are finally determined, which achieves the goal of 75% energy saving in rural mutual-aid buildings for the elderly, and provides a certain basis for the construction of mutual-aid buildings for the elderly in the future.
