化工污水处理厂臭气治理技术研究及其工程应用

摘要 为解决现有化工污水处理厂臭气生物处理技术普遍存在的效率低、处理效果不达标的问题,并针对化工污水处理厂臭气的特点,本文介绍了一体组合式臭气处理集成装置。该装置采用光催化氧化与生物降解技术组合处理臭气,利用两种技术特点的互补,提高废气处理的效率。经过在工程中的具体应用,该技术对各种臭气污染物控制项目的处理效率均可达到95%以上,远高于目前污水厂常用的单一生物处理技术的处理效率,并且节省占地面积、操作简便,因此应用前景广阔。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and substandard treatment effect of the existing biological treatment technology for odor in chemical wastewater treatment plants, and according to the characteristics of odor in chemical wastewater treatment plants, an integrated combined odor treatment integrated device is introduced in this paper. The device uses the combination of photocatalytic oxidation and biodegradation technology to treat the odor, and uses the complementary characteristics of the two technologies to improve the efficiency of waste gas treatment. After the specific application in the project, the treatment efficiency of this technology can reach more than 95% for all kinds of smelly gas pollutant control projects, far higher than the single biological treatment technology commonly used in the current sewage plant, and save the area of occupation, simple operation, therefore the application prospect is broad.
