摘要 采用流体计算仿真软件对1000 MW燃煤电站锅炉燃料掺烧情况进行了模拟计算。针对单台磨煤机的污泥掺烧开展研究,分别对污泥掺混比例为0%,10%,20%,30%,40%时的炉膛内部燃烧情况进行了计算,并对炉膛内温度场、组分浓度场等进行了分析。结果表明:保持总热值不变进行掺烧时,随着掺烧比的增加,炉膛温度有所下降,炉膛出口温度降低;SO_(2)浓度呈上升趋势,主要集中在掺烧污泥的一次风喷口处;CO_(2)浓度随着掺烧比的增加逐渐下降。 The fluid calculation simulation software is used to simulate and calculate the fuel blending situation of a 1000 MW coal-fired power station boiler.For sludge blending of a single coal mill,the research calculates internal combustion in the furnace when the sludge blending ratio is 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,and analyzes the temperature field in the furnace,component concentration field,etc.The results show that when the total calorific value is kept constant for blending,with the increase of blending ratio,the furnace temperature decrease,and the furnace outlet temperature decrease.SO_(2) concentration shows an upward trend,mainly concentrated in the primary air nozzle of the blended sludge.The concentration of CO_(2) gradually decreases with the increase of the blending ratio.
