摘要
目的探讨床旁超声在心血管急危重症患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月南宁市第二人民医院心血管内科与急诊科进行床旁超声检查的219例患者为研究对象。对所有患者均采用探头频率为1.0~5.0 MHz的迈瑞M9超声仪进行床旁超声检查,统计分析所得到的检查结果。结果床旁超声检查阳性病例共计208例,其阳性率为95.0%(208/219)。阳性病例中的主要病种包括:心肌梗死90例(43.3%);急危重症(即左室射血分数<50%)59例(32.0%);肺动脉高压30例(13.7%);心包积液18例(8.7%);瓣膜病5例(2.4%);心肌病4例(1.9%),以及主动脉夹层动脉瘤2例(1.0%)。结论在心血管疾病的及时诊断及鉴别中,床旁超声能快速便捷地提供准确可靠的信息,是掌握病情、指导治疗和判断预后的重要方法,具有一定的临床应用价值与推广意义。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of bedside ultrasound in patients with acute cardiovascular diseases.Methods The clinical data of 219 patients underwent bedside ultrasound examination in the department of cardiovascular Medicine and emergency department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Mindri M9 ultrasound with probe frequency of 1.0~5.0 MHz was used for bedside ultrasound examination in all patients,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results There were 208 positive cases in bedside ultrasound examination,and the positive rate was 95.0%(208/219).The major types of diseases in positive cases included:90 cases of myocardial infarction(43.3%);59 cases with critically ill(left ventricular ejection fraction<50%)(32.0%);30 patients with pulmonary hypertension(13.7%);18 cases of pericardial effusion(8.7%);valvular disease in 5 patients(2.4%);4 patients with cardiomyopathy(1.9%)and 2 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm(1.0%).Conclusion In the timely diagnosis and identificantion of cardiovascular diseases,bedside ultrasound can quickly and conveniently provide accurate and reliable information.Also,it is an important method to master the disease progression,guide the treatment and judge the prognosis,and has certain clinical application value and promotion significance.
