摘要
为提高老山芹种子处理效果及育苗技术,以夏季采收种子为材料,按种子质量将老山芹种子分为高成熟度(平均质量12.5 mg)、中成熟度(平均质量9.2 mg)和低成熟度(平均质量6.1 mg)三类,分别作层积处理,系统研究层积过程中不同成熟度种子种胚发育进程差异及后熟过程快慢、层积过程中种子和胚形态指标及发芽率动态变化等指标。结果表明,采收时不同成熟度老山芹种子可观测到种胚发育时期及其所占比例、在层积过程中胚发育进程均存在较大差异;层积过程中高成熟度种子比中和低成熟度种子胚发育速率快、胚率大、发芽率高;层积结束时,高、中和低三类成熟度种子发芽率分别为42.42%、34.90%和28.41%。研究结果为提高老山芹及其他野生植物育苗技术提供新思路和新措施。
To improve the seed treatment effects and seedling raising technology of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,the seeds collected in summer were divided into high maturity(average weight 12.5 mg),medium maturity(average weight 9.2 mg)and low maturity(average weight 6.1 mg)according to seed quality,which was followed by stratification,respectively.The differences of seed embryo development processes,the speed of post-ripening,the dynamic changes of seed and embryo morphology and germination rates during stratification were systematically studied.During harvesting,the results showed that there were significant differences in the development stages,proportion of seed embryo and embryo development processes in the period of stratification of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance seeds with different maturities.In the stratification processes,the embryo development rates,embryo rates and germination rates of seeds with high maturity were faster than those with middle and low maturity.At the end of stratification,the germination rates of high,medium and low maturity seeds were 42.42%,34.90%and 28.41%,respectively.The present study provided a novel insight and measure to improve the seedling technology of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and other wild plants.
