摘要 城市群和机场群代表了未来城市发展的趋势和方向,是当前区域经济发展的前沿课题。随着大都市圈兴起,机场群必将成为未来机场发展的主流模式,高效率的运营模式和驱动机制,是各利益相关体共同关注的话题。本文基于并行网络DEA模型及中介效应模型,利用世界上主要的机场群样本,深入研究机场群的运营现状、效率差异、影响因素及驱动机制。研究结果表明:我国多机场系统起步较晚,发展迅速,运营效率整体略高于欧美,但欧美高效率机场群占比更大;区分主、次机场的机场群往往具有更高的运行效率,主要机场效率高于次要机场;中介效应模型验证了机场群效率驱动机制的假设,即次要机场通过流量分担缓解主要机场的交通压力,进而提高系统整体运行效率。研究结果对我国建设高效率机场群具有较强的现实意义。 City group and Airport group will be the tendency and direction of future city development,and they are frontier issues of current local economic development.As metropolis circle rising,airport group will be inevitably the mainstream of airport development,and their operation model and efficiency driven mechanism are a common concern by all stakeholders.In this paper,some important multi-airport system samples are used to study their operation status,efficiency difference,influencing factors and efficiency driven mechanism based on a network parallel DEA model and mediation effect model.The conclusions are:First,although China's airport group started late,it develops rapidly,and its average operating efficiency is slightly higher than that of Europe and America,and among the high-efficiency airport groups,the airport groups in Europe and America account for the majority;Secondly,the efficiency of airport groups that differentiates primary and secondary airport seems to be higher,and the efficiency primary airport is higher than secondary;Finally,the mediating effect model verifies our hypothesis about the efficiency driven mechanism of airport cluster,that is,secondary airports relieve the traffic pressure of primary airports through flow sharing,and thus improve the overall operating efficiency of the system.The results are valuable for airport group construction in China.
