摘要
目的分析祛风止痒方治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹的效果及对患儿血清炎症因子、免疫指标水平的影响。方法采用电脑盲选法将82例慢性荨麻疹患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪颗粒进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用祛风止痒方进行治疗。比较两组的血清炎症因子、免疫指标水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,研究组的血清LTB4、LTC4及IL-4水平均低于对照组和治疗前,IFN-γ水平高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,研究组的血清IgE水平与CD8^(+)均低于对照组和治疗前,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风止痒方治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果显著,可明显减轻患儿的炎症反应,增强其免疫功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of Qufeng Zhiyang recipe on chronic urticaria in children and its influences on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immune indexes.Methods Eighty-two children with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into control group and study group by computer blind selection,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride granules,and the study group was treated with Qufeng Zhiyang recipe on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum inflammatory factors,immune indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum LTB4,LTC4 and IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,while the level of IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the level of serum IgE and CD8^(+)in the study group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,while CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qufeng Zhiyang recipe in the treatment of chronic urticaria has a significant effect,it can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction and enhance immune function of children.
