摘要
目的探究乌梅丸治疗寒热错杂型慢性结肠炎的临床效果。方法对本溪市中医院2018年4月—2019年4月收治的96例寒热错杂型慢性结肠炎患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组(48例)与观察组(48例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予西药联合乌梅丸治疗,对比分析2组有效率、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,观察组头晕、肝功能异常等发生率显著低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒热错杂型慢性结肠炎给予乌梅丸治疗,疗效显著,可显著减少临床症状与不良反应,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wumei pills in the treatment of chronic colitis of intermingled cold and heat type.Methods 96 patients with chronic colitis of intermingled cold and heat type who were admitted to Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2019 as the research subjects were randomly divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(48 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with Wumei pills.The effective rate,post-traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the incidence of dizziness and abnormal liver function in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the data was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Wumei pills in the treatment of chronic colitis of intermingled cold and heat type has a significant effect,can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and adverse reactions,and has a significant clinical application effect.
