摘要
目的研究活血生肌方治疗糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法选取88例糖尿病足患者于2018年1月—2020年1月由中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治,按随机数字表法划分为对照组(44例)和试验组(44例)。对照组患者予以常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合活血生肌方治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。对比2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后溃疡创面修复效果及各项生活质量指标分数。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率为90.91%(40/44),高于对照组的72.73%(32/44);治疗后2组患者创面面积均较治疗前缩小,且试验组较对照组缩小;创面pH值均较治疗前降低,且试验组较对照组降低;而创面氧分压及各项生活质量指标分数均较治疗前升高,且试验组较对照组升高(均P<0.05)。结论活血生肌方可有效缓解糖尿病足患者的临床症状,改善溃疡创面修复效果,并提高生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Shengji recipe in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic foot in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group(44 cases)and experimental group(44 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Shengji recipe on the basis of the control group.2 weeks was a course for a total of 3 courses of treatment.The therapeutic effect,ulcer wound healing effect and quality of life index scores were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 90.91%(40/44),which was higher than 72.73%(32/44)in the control group.After treatment,the wound area of the two groups of patients was smaller than before treatment,and the experimental group was smaller than the control group.The pH value of the wound was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group;while the wound oxygen partial pressure and various quality of life index scores increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Shengji recipe can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of diabetic foot patients,improve the effect of ulcer wound repair and improve the quality of life.
