摘要
从弱关系的角度来分析和构建新零售场景体验设计创新路径,为设计新兴生活方式和场景下的产品提供新思路和实践性指导。对弱关系理论、新零售场景进行相关分析,探讨弱关系与新零售场景之间的联系以及弱关系在新零售场景体验设计中的应用优势和基本架构,进而总结出弱关系视域下新零售场景体验设计的关键要素。提出了基于弱关系理论的新零售场景体验设计创新路径,完成了胶囊咖啡新零售场景的设计实践案例。验证了弱关系理论可以指导新零售场景体验设计应用,创新路径对于新零售场景体验设计研究有重要参考。
From the perspective of weak ties to analyze and build new retail scene experience design innovation path,to provide new ideas and practical guidance for the design of new lifestyle and products under the scene.This presearch expounds the weak ties theory and new retail scene,analyzes the relationship between weak ties and new retail scene,and the application advantages and basic structure of weak ties in new retail scene experience design,and then summarizes the key elements of new retail scene experience design from the perspective of weak ties.The innovation path of new retail scene experience design based on weak ties theory is proposed,and the design practice case of capsule coffee new retail scene is completed.It is preliminarily verified that the weak relationship theory can guide the application of new retail scene experience design,and the innovation path has an important reference for the research of new retail scene experience design.
