进排气流量系数对传统空气阀控制瞬变效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究进排气流量系数对空气阀控制输水系统瞬变效果的影响,基于瞬变流理论,结合具体算例采用特征线方法,对不同进排气流量系数对传统空气阀控制瞬变压力的效果进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:空气阀控制瞬变负压效果主要受到进气流量系数的影响,不受排气流量系数的影响,进气流量系数越大,空气阀控制瞬变负压的效果越好。空气阀进气流量系数一定时,二次瞬变压力随着排气流量系数的增大而增大。但是,排气流量系数在0.4~1.0范围内变化时,对二次瞬变压力影响不明显,排气流量系数在0.1~0.4范围内变化时,对二次瞬变压力影响更加明显。研究成果可为压力输水系统水力瞬变数值模拟时空气阀进排气流量系数的选择和空气阀合理选型提供理论依据。 In order to study the influence of intake and exhaust flow coefficient of air valve on the transient control effect in water delivery system,based on the transient flow theory and in combination with specific calculation cases,the method of characteristic lines was used to numerically simulate the effect of different intake and exhaust flow coefficient of the traditional air valve to control the transient pressure.The results show that the effect of the air valve controlling the transient negative pressure is mainly affected by the intake flow coefficient,not by the exhaust flow coefficient.The greater the intake flow coefficient is,the better the effect of the air valve controlling the transient negative pressure is.When the intake flow coefficient of the air valve is constant,the secondary transient pressure increases with the increase of the exhaust flow coefficient.However,when the exhaust flow coefficient varies in the range of 0.4~1.0,the influence on the secondary transient pressure is not obvious,and when the exhaust flow coefficient varies in the range of 0.1~0.4,the influence on the secondary transient pressure is more obvious.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of intake and exhaust flow coefficients of air valves and reasonable selection of air valves during hydraulic transient numerical simulation of pressure water delivery system.
