骨盆骨折患者内固定术后进行功能锻炼结合个体化营养干预对蛋白质指标、电解质水平及骨盆功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究骨盆骨折患者内固定术后进行功能锻炼结合个体化营养干预的影响。方法:将某院进行骨盆内固定手术的骨盆骨折患者103例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=52),其中对照组给予常规护理结合功能锻炼干预,观察组联合个体化营养干预,对比两组骨盆功能、蛋白质指标、感染性并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组爱荷华骨盆(OPS)、Majeed盆骨(MPS)及奥兰多骨盆(IPS)量表优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)以及总蛋白(TP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);感染性并发症发生率(9.62%)较对照组(27.45%)低(P<0.05)。结论:个体化营养干预应用于盆腔骨折内固定术后患者中可有效改善盆底功能,增加蛋白合成,降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with individualized nutrition intervention in patients with pelvic fracture after internal fixation.Methods:A total of 103 pelvic fracture patients undergoing pelvic internal fixation were divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=52)according to the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing care combined with functional exercise intervention,and the observation group was combined with individualized nutrition intervention,then the pelvic function,protein indexes,and incidence of infectious complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the excellent and good rate of Iowa Pelvis(OPS),Majeed Pelvis(MPS)and Orlando Pelvis(IPS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and total protein(TP)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infectious complications in the observation group was 9.62%,lower than that of the control group(27.45%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nutrition intervention in pelvic fracture patients after internal fixation can effectively improve pelvic floor function,increase protein synthesis,and reduce the incidence of complications.
