摘要
为协助劳动者由低楼层往高楼层搬运重物,降低搬运过程的劳动强度,文章研究了电动爬楼机的可实行方案,基于Solidworks建立了三维模型,并通过Adams运动学仿真分析了S型轮轴的运动轨迹,同时制作了实物样机,结果表明电动爬楼机S型轮方案可行且运行平稳。
In order to assist laborers to carry heavy objects from low to high floors and to reduce the labor intensity in the carrying process,the feasibility scheme of an electric stair climbing machine was studied in this paper.A three-dimensional model of the machine was built using Solidworks followed by developing a physical prototype.The trajectory of the S-type wheel shaft was also analyzed based on Adams motion simulation.The results showed that the use of S-type wheel can guarantee a smooth operation of the stair climbing machine.
